Staying in Touch

When you create an account, you're agreeing to get certain messages from us:

The emails you'll get: We send emails when something important happens with your account, like password resets, security alerts, and confirmations for larger transfers. These keep your account secure, so you'll get them as long as you have an account with us.

Texts (if you want them): You can add your phone number to get verification codes by text instead of email. It's optional, but it's an extra layer of security. Regular texting rates apply. Change your mind? Just text STOP to opt out, or turn it off in settings.

How We Reach You

Text messages (your choice)

If you turn on text message verification, we'll send codes to your phone when you log in or make certain transactions (Our text messages come from: 866-717-1564). Your phone number is only used for security; we won't share it with anyone for marketing. Standard text message rates from your carrier apply.

To stop getting texts: 1) Reply STOP to any message, or 2)Turn off text verification in your account settings
